Get Your Kicks (GYK) is a group of women and gender diverse people who walk around after a soccer ball. It’s about moving your body, connecting with people and having fun.

GYK was establish in 2023 to create a new reality for women and gender diverse people who hadn’t had inclusive and welcoming experiences with sport, or lacked confidence in their bodies.
